SYNOPSIS

Charli, a 41-year-old Black man working as a digital archivist in the Los Angeles Herald’s basement, lives an isolated life having given up on human connection years ago. His world changes when he meets May, a spirited woman who approaches him at an art gallery. As they grow closer, May encourages Charli to rediscover his passion for photography and helps him organize secret art exhibitions in the Herald’s basement.
