Our model removes the guesswork from filmmaking by blending predictable costs, real production infrastructure, and a repeatable workflow that gives filmmakers stability, gives investors clarity, and gives the industry a structure where projects stop feeling like a gamble and start performing like a system built to win.
The structure is simple. Investors provide 40% of the budget for our films in cash. We supply the remaining 60% through non-cash contributions via our production arm, C&I Studios, including production facilities, equipment, crew, post-production, and operational support. This model allows films to move into production without the cost inflation typical of fully cash-funded projects.
The investor capital is structured to recoup first via state tax incentives, which are applied directly to the initial 40% contribution. This creates a risk-reducing entry point while maintaining ownership participation across the slate.
We run the entire pipeline from development through delivery with in house teams, unified workflows, and proven resources so each film moves through writing, pre production, production, post, and distribution support without losing time or vision.
From concept to completion, our process is built to protect the story and move efficiently. Development, pre-production, and production are handled under one roof, allowing creative and logistical decisions to stay aligned. Post-production begins immediately, with editing, sound, color, and finishing managed in house to preserve creative intent and speed delivery. We also support distribution planning and packaging, ensuring each project is market ready. The result is a connected system that reduces friction, maintains clarity, and delivers films with consistency, quality, and purpose.
